We were involved in the art direction of “C60,” a new members-only lounge in the heart of Ginza.

The name “C60” was inspired by “fullerene,” a spherical molecular structure consisting of 60 carbon atoms, and we sublimated this sophisticated concept into the spatial design.

The lighting of the centerpiece, the symbol of the store, is tilted at a 6-degree angle to suggest the movement of the molecular structure, bringing a sense of quiet tension and order to the entire space.

The 49 different lighting patterns all flicker in a breathing rhythm, creating an organic and sensual experience, as if the space itself is alive.

銀座の中心に誕生した会員制ラウンジ「C60」のアートディレクションを手がけました。

「C60」という名称は、60個の炭素原子からなる球状の分子構造〈フラーレン〉に着想を得たもので、その精緻な概念を空間デザインに昇華しています。

店内の象徴とも言えるセンターピースの照明は、分子構造の動きを示唆するように6度の傾斜をもたせ、空間全体に静かなる緊張感と秩序をもたらしています。

49種におよぶ照明パターンは、すべてが呼吸するようなリズムで明滅し、まるで空間そのものに命が宿っているかのような、有機的で官能的な体験を演出します。
